Easy Guitar Chords for Love Story By Taylor Swift.
There’s quite a few easy guitar chord versions of this song out there. It’s originally in the key of D, which is a pretty easy, if you’re using I IV V chords but this has a vi. So in the key of D it’s actually D G A and Bm. The Bm isn’t really an easy guitar chord, there are optional ways to play it, but let’s stick with the standard chord shapes. Taylor Swift plays the song in D, but she puts a capo on the second fret and then plays it using the C chord shape. So it would be C, F, G and Am. That’s not too hard either, most people know the easy F chord shape, but not the full barre. So you can do it that way, here’s the link. I’ve seen her do the song for a radio station promo and this is how she did it. It’s also in D on the radio version, both the original and pop mix. I’ve taught it to students in the key of G, that’s probably the easiest guitar chords of all. The chords are G, C, D, and Em. You might have to change it according to your voice. If you capo the 7th fret you’ll be playing it in the key of D. Love Story By Taylor Swift.Key of GINTRO G D Em C
